If you have an epub compatible app installed (iBooks, etc.), whatever app you're using to download (browser, the MEGA app itself, etc.) should have an option to open in the e-reader app. In iOS, there is no concept of a user accessible file system like on Android, so the file goes into the app cache until it gets cleared or opened in another app.
